Booking, Cancellation and refund policy.
50% deposit due at time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Refund for cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival 50% refundable.
Any non recoverable Bank Fees, Credit Card, Transaction Costs will be deducted where applicable.
If deposit monies or Balance is not received in the above said time frames we will assume you have cancelled your booking with us.
These cancellations also apply to unfavorable weather conditions,travel arrangements etc.
We recommend Travel Insurance.
LAWS RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY.
The Laws of the Republic of Fiji govern these terms and conditions.Any legal action arising from your booking or stay with us shall be Governed by the laws of Fiji and shall be litigated in the courts of Fiji.
Salt Lake Lodge will use all due care in the provision of services to guests and Guests shall use Salt Lake Lodges facilities at their own risk.
Salt Lake Lodge shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from any such injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, or expense or economic loss howsoever caused.
